This whimsical window sparkler is dreamy. The colors lend a Milky Way aspect to them. It has an abalone feather-shaped charm dangling from the bottom and there are rainbow purples, moonstones, blues, stars, and a unique blue and white clay bead. There is a cute little dragonfly down near the bottom. When you turn it, the colors seem to change into something new. It is lovely and short enough to hang in your rear view mirror.
